We are joined by Councilwoman Cyndi Nguyen who represents District E, which includes most of New Orleans East and the Lower 9th ward. District E was hit hardest by Hurricane Katrina and has often been left behind in the rebuilding efforts in the years since the storm. We talked with the Councilwoman about her background, the needs of her district, her 2019 priorities, the vote on the Entergy Power Plant and the upcoming council vote on short term rentals. Tune in!
